What is Spiritual Companioning?
Spiritual companioning is grounded in the truth that the spiritual emerges in the everyday events of life. This practice is also known as spiritual direction. Engage a spiritual companion and discover:
a non-judgmental, supportive, compassionate presence
open space and deep listening for the unfolding of your story, inviting possibilities to emerge
a process to foster healing, growth and transformation
You may benefit from Spiritual Companioning with me if you are:
active in a faith community, seeking more spiritual depth
navigating a season of suffering, loss or transition
clergy seeking a non-judgmental space to process professional life
someone who has left religion or faith community
